Hi,

Some of our clients are having issue with "ghost" entry's of type RDP session in the root folder.

I have managed to get this same error on one of my test clients and if I delete the entry nothing happens and if I open it in edit mode (properties) the session is empty.

I have tried to delete offline cache and refresh the connection, the only solution seems to delete the data source and add it again. Which not a good solution.

This looks like this for the users with the fail, for my pc the list ends with the three pricks.



Do you have any better work around or a solution to this for me?

Small info on the system:
RDM 10.1.4.0 and 10.1.5.0
RDMS 2.2.21.0 on db version 93 (SQL 2012)

This issue occurred when connected to RDMS with the client caching set to Simple or Disabled.

The fix is in the latest build, available here: http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download

Let me know if in fact you issue is the same as the one we fixed last week.

Client caching was set to simple on the client with the error.

Will update to newest on my test client and see if that solves it.

The issue was solved with new version will try it on other PC's I know have the error, will report back if not solved there also.
