Hello,

we have recently purchased the Remote Desktop Manager Server-Package. Since this is the biggest package available we've expected to be able to use all features including the creationod of custom installer packages (msi). Now I'm a little bit confused why we need an additional online account?

We've already created an online account, but it doesn't seem to be active. How can we fix this?

Hi,
This is a sperate product but you right. Since you bought the Server edition, you deserve this service for free. Just send an email at sales at devolutions.net and we will send you a license for the Custom installer service.
