Hello :)

I've been searching within RDM for a feature I got quite used to over my years with mRemote : the sub-tabs.

example :




All the SSH-like connections show up under the SSH tab, all the RDP sessions show up under Windows etc

In RDM, I always have all the tabs alongside, which can make it very difficult to find one particular opened session :(


Have I missed that or is it really missing in RDM ?

Hi,
This feature already exists in Remote Desktop Manager



However with new UI in the version 8.0, I'm not sure if I will be able to support this initially. You will be able to use the backward compatible mode with this feature.

Thanks for the answer :)

However, I find surprising that such a handy feature will be dropped in the next version, and that backward compatibilty mode will have to be used !


(or maybe there'll be a new way of organizing all the sessions ?)

Hi,
I hope to have the time to re-implement the feature in the new UI and this feature will come back later. I haven't found an easy way to do that with the new component set.
