Autostart

Hi!

Every time I install anew version of RDM, I uncheck the "Create shortcut in Startup folder".
Also I always go to check in the "Custom" install type if the "Windows (run at startup)" component is selected, and disable it.

I'm wondering two things:
- Why is the default setting to run automatically at startup? You know what most admins think about autorun programs :)
- Why are there two settings for autorun? one using the start menu and one using the registry?

I'd really appreciate it if the default setting would be autorun disabled.
