Screenshots/Recordings

You can already take a screenshot by right clicking on the tab page and clicking on Screenshot. We already have a feature entered for the video recording. We just haven't found the component to achieve this efficiently.

I wish there is a shortcut key function that can take a screenshot when the program is running or can use the Print Screen button instead.

I definitely second this video capture request. I love RDM and paid for the Enterprise cause of its feature set, there is only one other similar app, but it only has the one feature that RDM is missing, this is the visionapp Remote Desktop program, it seems to have a well compressed video capture, just not sure how they are doing it.
