Hi,
I couldn't help but notice that there's an issue with the native SSH client : whenever Functions keys (F3, F5 etc) are being used within the shell, it impacts the overall RDM layout (these keys act as shortcuts to change the sessions' list view).
This shouldn't be the case, and the F. keys signal should only be trapped within the shell, not propagated outside to RDM !
Since I am managing AIX servers, I do use the F keys a lot (to navigate the AIX smit menus), and this is very annoying (the sessions list layout changes whenever I use the F keys).
Can this be fixed easily ?
Thanks beforehand for your answer.
Hi,
I think that this is resolved in the version 7.6. Could you give it a try?

It is not fixed in 7.6.
Fkeys that have a function in RDM act in RDM not in the SSH window.
Oups! Sorry about that. This was fixed in the version 8.0 branch (yes we have another version coming this fall). I have merged the fix and I'm now uploading the update in the version 7.6. You can download the zip file and overwrite the content. I will upload the installer tomorrow.

Confirmed, overwriting with the lastest zip corrects the FKeys being send to RDM instead of SSH session. Though as has been mentioned before the "keyboard" setting for Linux and Linux extended are flat out wrong. Changing to Common or Extended sends the correct Fkeys to the SSH session.
