VPN: post connection delay

this setting works quite nice with Shrew Soft: http://screencast.com/t/2Y82VkVL - but even after the VPN connection has come up (the Adapter is present) it takes a second until we can actually connect to the host. so in the red box we would need another option "After executw wait (o) for an IP Adapter.. AND [x] milliseconds

would this be possible?
