Hello,
I installed the Standard Edition, Strated it and filled the Registration Form, now after every start of the Computer RDM asks me for registration, any idea what the Problem could be? (using Win7 Ultimate x64)
Hi,
I suspect that your file remotedesktopmanager.cfg is always reset. It's saved in the folder %LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager
Do you know if this folder is cleaned after a reboot?
David Hervieux
no, just checked it, the file stays the same after a reboot,
i also tried making a backup of the entire Folder and copied it back after reboot, RDM is still asking for registration
btw. the computer is in a domain, but my user account is local administrator, maybe i should try registering it when logged in as domain administrator?

Hi,
We seem to have the same problem (still version 7.1.0), with a daily reboot and daily registration for the free version. The cfg file doesn't contain the previously mentioned StandardRegistrationTag. The registry does contain the registrationdate, registrationemail and registationtag values.
Can you help us?
I have sent you an email.

Hi,
I seem to be having the same issue here. I am using V 7.5.0.0 and have to re register daily. I have had a look in my remotedesktopmanager.cfg file and the StandardRegistrationTag is not there. Please could you email me the solution to this?
Thanks,
Nathan.
Hi,
Could you try the version 7.6.2 from our web site?

Solution why not published?
Xp has RemoteDesktopManager.cfg file?
So, how much is the path?
It supposed to be fixed in the latest version. You can find the remotedesktopmanager.cfg %LocalAppDAta%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager
