The ability to add custom fields in to the record. Such as support agreement date or support contact information. I know there are the generic fields, however they do not always support exactly what I would like to track.
What if we add the possibility to use the SDK to add more settings or more UI tab in the session? You could extend the application with custom panel.

I would certainly welcome such an option and it would also be nice if the custom data fields could show up on the dashboard of the entry.
