Move sessions between data sources

Hello!

I know in 7.1 there was a new version about moving sessions between data sources. We use SQL for our main database, but when techs are off site, they go into offline mode. If they need to create new entries, they add them to their local .XML or Access DB, and then when they have the ability to go online, they'll export the sessions and import them. I just updated my client to 7.5, and I didn't seem to be able to have an option for this when moving sessions. Is this limited to only certain data sources? Note - I have "allow drag and drop" disabled on all the users for the SQL data sources - too many were accidentally moved, so I'm not sure if that has to be allowed to use the feature.
