Upgrade / Uninstall Version

Dear Support-Team,

I tried to upgrade my RDM Version from 10.0.3.0 to 10.1.4.0 and the installer criticizes that the old .msi installation file is missing. However giving the msi-file to the installer doesn't help.

The same problem occurs when I try to uninstall the software.

Any help is very welcome :)

Hi,
You could try to manually upgrade with the binaries:

http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/ThankYou?f=RDMbin

Download and unzip the files in your installation folder.
