offline mode.... requires connection to DB

Hi,

This anomaly occurs a few days ... before it worked properly.
in offline mode I try to add any item, but it requires you to connect to the database sql (is my data source).
as you can see the photo the RDM is offline.

I tried to run a Reset and temporary files and updated version but have not solved.
