Credential Repository List Empty for SFTP

Hi there.
We are thinking of making a move away from what we currently use (WinSCP) and go towards a unified remote access solution such as Remote Desktop Manager.
We have hundreds of servers that we connect to via WinSCP today, and would like to continue to use a "Norton-Commander" type interface for certain Unix / Linux interactions (i.e. modifying config files).
While evaluating Remote Desktop Manager, we are trying to use the WinSCP feature under the "SFTP"-type Session.
We use private keys for ALL our authentication.
We've tried the "my personal credentials" and the "Credential repository" features.
The "Credential repository" feature would be a great benefit if we moved away from WinSCP to Remote Desktop Manager.


We think we have created the "Credentials" properly, but we are not able to log into any of our servers, as we either cannot specify a credential profile, or Remote Desktop Manager still prompts for a password.





Here are the steps to reproduce both scenarios:


Scenario 1:

1) Click on "Add Credential Entry"
2) Double click on "Private Key"
3) Give key a Name
4) Change "Private key type" to "File"
5) UNCHECK "Prompt for passphrase" >>> (Unrelated: This may be a bug, as every time I return to EDIT this credential profile, the "Prompt for passphrase" is checked again.)
5) Browse, select and assign PPK file
6) Click on "OK"





7) Return to "Sessions" dashboard
8) Click on "New Entry"
9) Find and select "FTP/FTPS/SFTP/SCP"
10) In the "Credentials" drop down box, change value from "Default" to "Credential repository"


Result 1 = There are no stored "Credentials" listed inside combo box







11) Click on "..." button


Result 2 = There is nothing listed in "Credential list" pop-up window, nor can you search for any created Credentials









Scenario 2:
Repeat steps #7 through #9 above, and then continue as follows:


A) In the "Credentials" drop down box, change value from "Default" to "my Personal credentials"
B) Change "Private key type" to "File"
C) UNCHECK "Prompt for passphrase" >>> (Unrelated: This may be a bug, as every time I return to EDIT this credential profile, the "Prompt for passphrase" is checked again.)
D) Fill in "Override username" (with correct user for that particular server)
E) Browse, select and assign PPK file
F) Click on "OK"
G) Complete the rest of the form accordingly, changing the "Application" to WinSCP







Result 3 = Still get prompted for a "Username"









I am hoping that there is a simple step somewhere that I missed, as the Remote Desktop Manager interface is very intuitive and easy to use.
