RDP and Microsoft VPN

avatar

Hello,

I'm new to this product so bear with me. When I setup a RDP connection to a customer and I specify a Microsoft VPN Connection Under Credentials I specify use a saved credentials from Credentials Repository. The VPN will not start, no real errors. However if I select default and then go and put the same username and password under the Settings tab it works as expected.

The odd think is that I could have sworn that this worked the first time I set it up. I searched here and found a suggestion to run the program as administrator and also the 64bit version however nether of those worked.

Thanks for the help

Hello,

Is there anything relevant in Help - View Application logs?

You can create a dedicated VPN entry, and simply double click on it to have it started. Once that works, in the session that requires it, you choose for a vpn the "Existing session" and link to that in the settings tab.

Best regards,

Maurice

Maurice,

thanks for the note. There is nothing in the Application Log, is there a way to increase the logging level?

I would like to get it down to just 1 click to connect, it works great but is a pain to enter all the usernames and passwords for each and every connection.

Could you send me either screenshots of your sessions, or maybe use Clipboard - Copy and send that to me either through private message, or at support@devolutions.net.
