RDM minimizes when you close a PuTTy session if it is maximized over another maximized screen such as Adobe Reader.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Adobe Reader and maximize the screen.
2. Maximize RDM over Adobe Reader (you naturally do not have to open it because you never close it because you are always using it)
3. Open a PuTTy session
4. Close the session using X on the tab.
5. RDM will minimize to the task bar.

I could not duplicate this behavior in the 7.0.3 version of RDM but it can be reproduced 100% of the time in 7.1.0 on any client we test.

Testing this futher, it is pulling whatever screen you have behind RDM in front of RDM. If you have a screen that isn't maximized and you close a session it pulls it in front of RDM. It is just more evident when the screen behind RDM is maximized.
