Open & Close Sessions
Hey David,
When you merely close a session and you dont log off from it, sometimes RDM detects that the session is still open by a user, when in fact it is not.

How do you close you session exactly?

I am experiencing the same issue and have reported to the support email. I am getting a few stale sessions a day in my logs that I have to Flag as closed. My users sometimes only close a session by closing RDP. Are there rules for closing the sessions using RDM? Broswer sessions also do not seem to be be getting flagged as closed correctly.

For the browser session, I think it's only when it's opened embedded that RDM is able to detect that it's closed. Is it opened embedded or in external mode most of the time?
