Im trying to connect to my screen connect 5.1.8208.5485 server. i have installed the 1.1 RDM extension and i have RDM 10.1.3.0.
All i get is a failed to authenicate with ScreenConnect Server. No special ports or url config.

Could you try the latest version of RDM which should be 10.1.4.0?
We have fixed a couple of issues regarding Linux ScreenConnect servers and Screenconnect servers in general.

Same Issue with version 10.1.4.0 . I'm using the standard windows screen connect install.
the host should be http://url.ofmyscreenconnect.com ?

I have gone though those docs a few times. Tried a few different ways with no success.
My previously working ScreenConnect 5 on a Centos 6.6 server has stopped working in the latest version. It's my main use of RDM.
@venturepointe: Do you have anything relevant in the application logs? You can access them in Help > View Application Logs
@djclarke: Do you have any specific error message? Do you have anything relevant in the application logs? Could you try uninstalling the ScreenConnect RemoteDesktopManager extension and reinstalling it? For Linux servers, make sure to have version 5.1 of ScreenConnect, as version 5.0 had a problem with extensions.

Okay I'll update to the latest version of SC. I've never had a problem with SC 5.0 it's worked flawlessly for me.
i enabled full audit logs. i dont see anything about connection errors. I have also uninstalled and re installed the RDM extension.
After updating to SC 5.1 it works for me again.
It looks like RDM corrupted the database. Luckily I have a decent backup habit and nothing was lost.
@venturepointe: We will try to reproduce the problem on our machines and get back to you when possible.
@djclarke: Glad to see that it works with the latest version of ScreenConnect. I'm not sure what would have caused the database corruption though.

@venturepointe: We have reproduced the problem and are working on fixing it. It's related to a small change in ScreenConnect's login page introduced in version 5.1. I'll keep you updated.
Edit: This fix will be available in the next RDM version.
