How to save private AD credentials

Hello,

Our RDM sessions are saved in a MySql database.
Some time ago, I started saving Username/Passwords in the session configuration.
My worker, connnected to the MySql database, and noticed that my Username/Password was displayed for him to use.
Since then I haven't looked into saving creds.

Is there a way for me to save my local domain credentials (I have uid's in 3 domains), and assign them to sessions, without my creds being accessible to another member of my team?

Maybe I'm just thick?
