RDM 10.1.3.0 - RDP Issues

Hello,

We're using RDM latest version 10.1.3.0 and we've found some issues with RDP connections:

1.) Error message "Failed to reconnect to your remote session":

When we try to enter in to full screen mode when a machine is logging in, we get a message box with the error message "Failed to reconnect to your rmeote session". This is happening in all windows OS.

2.) RD is reconnecting:

When we try to enter in to full screen mode the RDP connection is lost and we get a RDP reconnecting window. The same is happends when exting full screen mode and going back to the "docked" mode.

The Remode Desktop Sixe is set to default and the screen sizing mode is also default. On the options - Types - RDP we've "user smart reconnect full screen"

Hi Jean,

Thanks for the update. I've read the blog post and understand that the reconnecting screen it not an issue.

Is the "Failed to reconnect to your remote session" also expected?

Do you have something relevant in Help -> View Application log?

Just to be sure. It does not fail if you disable the automatic resize on full screen?
