I am a user of the Enterprise version of RDM and generally use it in offline mode away from my employers main datasource.
Everything is generally fine with RDM in offline mode except that intermittently RDM will have a problem accessing the offline copy of the sessions and produces the error "Unable to read the old offline data!". The only way to resolve this issue is to establish a connection with the main datasource in the office which will update the offline data file again.
Has anyone had any experience with this issue and worked out a way to resolve it?
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,
The offline files has an expiration date. Maybe you should ask your administrator to extend it. It's in the data source settings.
