how to use domain\user in custom web form authentication ?

Hello,

I have a site that I need to use the auto login method, added it to the RDM, hit the discover button in the login tab and the fields filled-in.

Now I need to login with the format "domain\user" how do I do it ?

The site has only 1 field for the user and 1 field for the password.
