I noticed that my online backup subscription expired but I haven't receive any mail notification or pop up in RDM.
I haven't received any notification even when RDM was closed/started. I do that rarely because I restart laptop once a month when doing updates.

I only noticed red x in status bar.

Is this maybe some kind of bug or it could be improved to bring attention because backup is important?

Hi,
I will make sure that the notification is clearer. I will also make sure that an email is sent 1 month before the license expiration.

I've added a notification in RDM

Example:



This will pop-up every to you start RDM or if/when you logout/login to the Online Backup service.

Emails have not yet been scheduled, that is the next step.
