RDM 10.0.4 drag/drop root folder permissions

When using drag and drop to move an entry (for example a contact) users can move these from and to the root folder without having rights to create them in the root folder (i.e. 'Deny add entry in the root folder" is ticked).

We're using RDM 10.0.4 - I haven't tried the latest beta yet on this issue.
