Problems with Group permissions !!!!!!

Hi I am currenlty useing a site licence of enterprise edition with SQL datasource
when I add a groups\folders and apply security other groups\folders with similar names are also affected
e.g
Production (This group is not visable to normal users and is assoicated with the "production" group)
Production Services (This group is avilable to all user and is assicated with a group called "productionSvc")

Production Services is not visable until I rename it to something other then Production Services e.g "ZProduction Services" or "test Services"
Production-Services does work nor does Production-Services

Also I have notice whne applying permission you can not grant the same user different rights within different group ?
Both of these bugs are pritty serious if you anat to sell this as an enterprise product can you please resolve as soon as possible
