Hi,
Do you get a message saying that no session found?

Do you think that you could send me an export without the password by email?

We just switched to Greenbow and I can confirm that its definitely a problem with RDM. I imagine that you could fix this very easily if not offer a workaround in the mean time. You can replicate this easily also as long as the problem is not isolated to my operating system type or the fact that I have upgraded RDM several times. When I edit an RDP session and go to the VPN tab and click "Import Session" and finally the hash ... to select the file. The file selection window does not display ANY files with the extension ending in tgb even if you have a folder full of them. If you look at the filename type shown in the bottom right of the file selection window as seen in my screenshot you can see it says "TheGreenBow Config (*.tgb) to include the initial quotation mark. This must be part of the problem but that is just my opinion. Anyways, we will put our migration from Shrew to Greenbow on hold until you have a fix.

Hi,
Have you tried to type *.tgb in file name textbox. This usually bybass the filter. I will verify for the real problem

I knew you would have a work-around but didn't realize it would be something so obvious that would make me say "duh" out loud. Thanks again for the help, take your time fixing the real problem since it doesn't actually stop me from doing what I need anymore :)

No problem, by the way it's already fixed and this will be in the next update.
