RDM on TerminalServer go in Background

Hi we have RemoteDesktopManager V10.0.4.0 on a Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server installed with a SQL Database. All is working fine, but sometimes when we worked with RDM it goes automatic in Background. We installed all new and delete the profles from the Account. The Problem is still there. Have someone any idea or the same Problem? or must i Change the Settings for TerminalServer?
