Customizable dashboards

Hello!
A user asked me if it is possible to customize the dashboard. I think it would be a good idea because not every user needs all available options.
The only option I found is to configure the session tabs.

You can also hide the Macro Script Tools, Information, Overview et Remote Management.

Yes I know, I meant this ones with session tabs.
But a user can not choose which of the icons he/she wants to see i.e. if i don't need Port Scan or if I click onto sessions for all users Administration is visible although they don't need it.
It would be able to adjust the "Metro Icons" like it is possible in the Windows 8 start screen to give the user the chance to customize it by his/her preferences.
You can remove some functionalities in File->Options | Tools - Availability
