Lost DB access after subscription expired

Hello,

Our subscription to Enterprise Edition expired 10 days ago an got the prompt where we choose to use this version. When "Use this version" was chosen, we lost access to the DB and the version reverted back to the Non Enterprise version. So currently our entire team is without RDM.

My understanding was that one was able to use the existing version, Enterprise or otherwise with having to renew anything?

Hi,
What data source type were you using? Remote Desktop Manager Online and Remote Desktop Manager Server are subscription based.

Data Source is SQL on our SQL server.

I've killed the RDM agent, re-registered my existing serial restarted RDM and now am getting one server entry out of hundreds that we usually have.

I'm checking the permissions on the SQL servers now.

You can request a trial to see if it makes a difference but I doubt it. We never expired an installed version. It's only when you upgrade that you get the limitation.

Not sure what happened but the DB is back. It appears the expiration causes it to lose connection temporarily but not what brought it back.

Anyways hopefully it stays fixed, many thanks for your attention.
