Hi,
Tried to create the AD Sync entry, and it got me a very small list of servers, it seems that the sync is looking on the entire db for servers to add.
I need to create a new baseline from a specific folder and down.
In short, I need an extra checkbox asking if I it will check with all the entire DB or only with the sync folder destination.
Hi Snir,
If I understand correctly, you want to be able to have duplicate if the servers are not in the sync folder destination and down even if they are already somewhere else in the datasource?
Best regards,

Yes...
Hi Snir,
The AD sync will be able to check only in the destination group in the next version by selecting "Destination group" in the Duplicate Check field in the session settings.

Thanks.
If we are on the AD Sync topic, how the sync works ?
Each time a user open RDM ?, each time someone open the entry ? what does "Synchronize Automatically" means ?
Do you plan to add removal also ?, what happens when a server is relocated from OU to another (and I sync with folders)?
If sync with another domain and need to use a different account should I use the "Credentials" drop down or I must use the "Login" tab ?
Because it does not work with the "Credentials" drop down...
If I must use the login tab, integrates it to the vaults store...

Hi Snir,
1. When the checkbox "Synchronize Automatically" is checked, the sync starts 30 seconds after you change your dataSource selection and when the cache is refresh.
2. The removal and modify is not implemented yet. In part because it's dangerous for your DataSource, if you have sessions that is not in direct relation with your AD they will be deleted because the AD Sync didn't find them. I will talk about this with David to see what we can do.
3. The credentials dropdown works but not with the "Test connection" and "Preview". I will fix that.
Best regards,
