Hello
We are running a central SQL database but are having an issue where user preferences such as tabs and options such as drives not mapping are not saving for that user.
All users are currently running as Standard users, could anyone shed any light on this situation?
Will
Hi,
Do you use the user specific settings menu to set the properties?
David Hervieux
Hello
The user in question is using that section but the settings are not respected or saved.
Additionally they can only open remote desktop session at a time.
Could you post a print screen of what he have in his section?
David Hervieux
What section is that sorry?
You wrote that the mapped drive are not saved. I don't recall having a section per user where you can save it. So I would like to see a print screen of where you saved the mapped drives.

So when you go back to the user preference the settings are lost?
David Hervieux
Yes
Hi,
Do you have something relevant in Help -> View Application Log?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Does the user exists when you go in File->Adminstration | Users
David Hervieux
The user does exist in File->Adminstration | Users
I will get log information for you from the affected user.
There is no log information unfortunately.
Could you try to edit another field like the username to see if it saves?
David Hervieux
Hello
Saving user name values works correctly.
Hi,
I will ask JF to reproduce it with the Drives
David Hervieux
