A database upgrade is required
When select SQL data source,
"A database upgrade is required. If you don't upgrade the data source will not be available. Upgrade now?
Data source name: MIS-Networks
Current version: 24
Target version: 93 "
I have SQL Server 2008 as information attached. There are more than 50 SQL database on the server. Will the data source upgrade affect other SQL database on the same server if I upgrade the data source "MIS-Network" from V24 to V93 ? Is it just the single data source table upgrade ?

It's only for the RDM database. You should backup this database before the upgrade.

To add more information to David's response...
The "upgrade is required" message is stating that the RDM database needs to upgraded the schema to support the new RDM client (new features).
This will only upgrade the database schema of the database configured in that data source. This will not affect any of the other databases on the server. Like any major DB change it is strongly you backup the RDM database prior to running the upgrade.
Please note, once the database upgraded, users using an old copy of RDM may no longer be able to connect to the data source. They will need to run the same version of RDM as you've downloaded.
