Hidden entries on MYSQL MAC and Windows

Hi Guys,

We are using MYSql database with Windows client and recently I installed the Mac version. It seems that a new "Group/Folder" entries I added on the Mac version is not showing on the windows version. it works fine when adding new "Group/Folder" entries on Windows. any thoughts?

Hi,
Could you try a Ctrl+Refresh on the Windows version to see if it appears?

Hi David,

Tried that, still didn't show up. I tried installing it on another MAC and it shows up alright. I also tried installing it on another windows install the same thing, the "Group/Folder entries created in the mac it didn't show up on the windows install. It only happens specifically to Mac entries related to "Group/Folder" only. I can create "Data Entry" from the Mac and it shows up fine on the windows install.

I hope that made sense.

Hi,

I'm having difficulties reproducing your issue.

Can you tell me what version of the Mac edition and the Windows edition your are using?

Do you use the same user on both edition?

Can you try a new MySQL Schema on a brand new Mysql Schema created with the Windows edition?
