Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my current version 9.2.9.0 to 10.0.4.0, but each time the installation asks for the path to Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.9.2.9.0.msi which I don't have. I have tried the in-program upgrade, downloaded the .zip, the .exe, and the .msi without success. I cannot even remove the program from Windows as I need the 9.2.9.0.msi
Appreciate any help to get round this problem as RDM is used thoughout our IT department.
thanks,
Graham
Hi,
You can download the old msi here:

Thanks to the support team for all their suggestions.
Solution came from Maurice Côté - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 downloaded the FixIt program from Microsoft and it could successfully deinstall the old version of Remote Desktop Manager.
