How to debug users not seeing sessions

How to debug users not seeing sessions

Hi,

I have a user that can only see a handfull of sessions. I couldn't get to the bottom of it, permissions seemd ok.
So what I did is to clone the whole user in AD.
Now the cloned one has all sessions I expect, the other one hasn't.
I also removed the user from RDMS, still no luck.
How do I debug that further?

Hello,

File - My Data Source Information shows groups the user belongs to.

Help - Diagnostics - Data source tab shows the entry count, which may be different than the count displayed in the status bar.

Both of these have a "send" button to forward us the information.
