Is there any chance of integrating RDM with the Zendesk customer support? If we were able to view and update support tickets, combined with Citrix GoToAssist (http://forum.devolutions.net/messages.aspx?TopicID=17574&MessageID=69541#post69541) it could make RDM our all-in one support desk solution.
Zendesk uses the REST API and has extensive documentation and developer support here: https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api

Im not sure what is meant by a dashboard linked per connection. What would be ideal is the ability to have a tab that could include most of the day to day tasks of a support agent in Zendesk, including listing, searching, opening and updating tickets.

Could it be possible to integrate a web browser session with the auto login and open it embedded in the application?

I was hoping it would be possible to do something like the AWS console that recreated the functionality of Zendesk within RDM, but a web browser would be good too, especially if it can auto login from the credential store. My hope is that if zendesk and citrix gotoassist can be integrated into remote desktop manager, I could propose it as an all-in-one support tool for the IT administration team
