default settings not used when adding a folder

I've noticed some inconsistency when adding folder.
I modified the default settings for folders to have the credentials set to 'inherited'.

Whenever i add a folder using right-click / Add / Add a folder the folder settings are back to default (so the credentials setting is back to 'default').

If I add a folder by right-click / New Entry / Group folder / Group folder the default settings i configured are being applied to the folder to be created (so in this case the new folder screen will show credentials being set to 'inherited'.
