Can it export to csv?

Unfortunately no. I have attached an export from the app. Kinda doubtful on the usefulness of it.

you're right, not a lot we can use because its in a binary format.

Sadly there's nothing we can do unless we can convert to a textual format.

Unfortunately we can't read the database content. You ask them what format they us to store the information.
