Faster Startup times.

Hi There!
I'd really be keen for faster startup times. We all run SSD's on i7's and find it can take upward of 20 seconds to load from running the icon to ready.
It's not new in 10, it's been a long standing issue.

Do you use RDM 32 bit?

I use both, though noticeably faster using the 32 bit version but still not "fast".
Wondering if it's a case of offloading some tasks to occur in the background after the actual window opens or if this is infeasible.
