Navigation absent on v10.x

Hi There!

Since upgrading to 10 (and perhaps the last beta but I can't recall well enough to be certain about that), everytime we open the program it defaults to the navigation bar being absent from the left hand side which requires us to enable it again. We did a reset layout from Window tab, and that worked until the next build was installed.

Anyone else notice it? It's driving us nuts!
