How to upgrade 9.0 to 10

Hi,

we are over 20 remote desktop user version 9.1.2 We want to upgrade to 10.

Can we upgrade only one client to the version 10 for a week after migrate all the other clients?

After upgrade database did the user with 9.1.2 will be able to access again?

Hi,
First of all make sure to backup your database. We never know what could happen.

You will be prompted for a small database upgrade. It's nothing major we only add two new indexes to speed up the queries. After that just make sure to not use the new types like the synchronizers and the Active Directory consoles since they don't exist in RDM 9
