Free Version always ask to registerq

I download and try the Free version 1.0.0.0 at home.

Everytime I start I get a windows asking for register?

How should I register free version or is this a bug?

Hi Pauli,
You have 30 days to register RDM Free. After that the application won't start. It's easy to do the registration. You have 3 ways.

1. If you already have and RDMO account you can simply use it in the registration dialog.
2. If not, you can create an RDMO account (it's free) and use it.
3. If your computer does not have access to the Internet, log into you RDMO account and go in the Serials section. You will see the we already have generated a serial for RDM Free. Type this serial in the regisration dialog.

Now, I get 'wrong serial' if I copy it from the web page to RDMO?

Hi,

I have the same issue. I have an devolutions account. I registered earlier and it was normal. After I reformatted my notebook and installed RDM Free it always asking register. I am selecting devolutions account it logins and the software is working well. But next time its asking again to register.

I tried register by serial, which is given on the registration dialog. It doesnt give any error. But, on next restart it is asking to register again.

I dont know how we would resolve this.

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

I have been able to reproduce this issue using the latest version of RDM Free. A ticket has been opened on this and I will be in touch shortly.

In the meantime, you can go under the "My Serials" section of your Devolutions Account, copy the RDM Free serial there and add it under Help -> Register Product -> Use Serial in RDM.

Just created a new account but i don't see a the generated free serial in "my serials" section.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

Here is an RDM-Free Serial number you can use: 41LV3-ROII9-WLNFT-VGEBV-7W5U9

By the way, we will no longer need the serial in RDM Free in the next major update this November. We will have a blog available later about this.

Hi,

I also had problems that the Weblogin just repeats itself when trying to log in to register.
Also, there was no Free Serial in https://portal.devolutions.com/serials in my Account.

I have the same problem,anytime I open app on Macbook it requires register. but it only load authenticating and...nothing happen.

You can simply upgrade to the latest version of RDM, since the version 2022.3, the registration and serial is no longer required: https://devolutions.net/remote-desktop-manager/home/downloadfree
