Program window doesn't get restored properly

Remote Desktop Manager 9.9.5 Beta. OS is Windows 8.1 64-bit and a screen resolution at 2560*1600.
When minimize the program window and thereafter restore the program window, the program windows doesn't get restored properly. I can see four icons in the upper left corner of the program window starting with the system icon and there is a thin, black frame indicating the borders for the program window. I can try to click on the program icon in the taskbar 2, 3 maybe four times and then the program get restored properly
There is the same error in ver. 9.9.2
I have attached a screen dump. On the screen dump you are not able to see the thin black frame. Maybe it's the tool, I have used for the screen dump.
