No prompts when adding from shared template

I do not get the sub connection / new connection prompt when I add a connection using a shared template. I can take the same template and make it a local template and it works. Here are the steps to reproduce on version 7.0.4.0.

1. Create a shared template.
2. Right click on a connection and right click and select Add > Add from Template > Choose your template.
3. The dialog to choose the sub connection or new connection never appears.
