Hi,
I created an "empty" credential with no username and password, only a name - its called "MyDomain1 Credentials".
I want users to edit the "user specific settings" for this entry to save their own login used for "MyDomain1".
This can be done by selecting the credential and clicking "Edit Credential Entry (User Specific Settings) Ctrl+Alt+U".
The user can then put in his or her specific username for the domain, and this one will be used when he/she opens sessions with the "MyDomain1 Credentials" set as credentials.
So far so good.
Problem is that the user specific settings on the credentials seems to disappear at different times.
One sure way to reproduce the following:
1. Create an "empty" credential
2. Enter username, domain and pw in the "Edit Credential Entry (User Specific Settings) Ctrl+Alt+U".
3. Right click the credential and choose "Edit Credential Entry (User Specific Settings) Ctrl+Alt+U" - verify that the username and pw is correct.
4. Right click the credential and choose "Edit Credential Entry... Ctrl+E"
5. Click cancel
6. Right click the credential and choose "Edit Credential Entry (User Specific Settings) Ctrl+Alt+U" - now the username, domain and pw is gone.
Please help resolve this issue or maybe give alternative solution to what I am trying to achieve.
Best regards
Nordberg

Hi,
Just to be sure. Do you use the latest version (7.0.3.0)?

Hi,
I've reproduced the issue. It seems that if you do a refresh before after the cancel of the Empty credentials, the user specific setting came back. I will continue to verify the problem.

Hi,
I've found the bug. After editing the User Specific Settings, RDM is not refreshed but the setting is saved. This mean that if you do a refresh right after editing, you won't see the bug.

This is now resolved in this version:

Hi,
Thank you for a very prompt reply.
I am amazed how fast you actually solved this.
Unfortunately sometime the application is not perfect but we are quick in resolving bugs.
