Sending CTRL-ALT-DELETE

avatar

I have created several embedded VNC sessions. One of them has the screen locked. A CTRL-ALT-DELETE would do the trick. Typically, I would access the VNC menu and send one; however, I am not finding any way to do that within the Remote Desktop Manager window. If it is there, please show me the way.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi,
I'm sorry it's something missing, this will be in the next update I think that it's very important.

When will the next update be available? I absolutely love the embedded tabs!! Can't wait to get this functionality added.
Thanks!!

Hi,
I'm working hard on that. Maybe a first BETA (without all the expected features) at the beginning of the next week. The embedded VNC will also support saved password.

Make sure you backup your database before.

I use version 5.8.2.1 and I would like to know how you can use Ctrl-Alt-Delte to login to a remote session using VNC. I've checked the help-site and searched within this forum, but I didn't find an answer.

I hope someone can give me the answer...

Hi,
Is it possible to send ctrl-alt-del to ms remote desktop clients? I am using ebedded tabbed view and I looked and its not in the tab context menu. Thanks.

Hi,
I can't send you a print screen because I don't have access to an RDP session but it's here in the Special Commands of the tab page context menu.

Hi David,
My special commands in the tab page context is greyed out. Any idea why mine is greyed out and how I can enable it? I can send you a screen snip of what I am seeing if that helps. Thanks.

Hi,
I just verified and it works fine for me. I also have checked in the source code and I can't find anything that disabled it. I will appreciate a print screen.

Thank you
