rdm change def language on destination platform

my xp sp3 eng has to languages with US Eng as default

so - rdm does not remember it's own language selected and switch to other language changed in another app
this trick makes RDP believe that this secondary language is default for this user system and use it as system on ther remote side
very annoing bug
to fix it in moment you need to change language while cursor is on the session tree or in search box and reconnect
