Please fix modal/immoveable/on-top windows
Why does RDM insist on using so many modal windows? During start-up it's impossible to be doing anything else as all it's windows force themselves to be the foreground and can't be put to the back or minimised. Attached is a prime example where during the upgrade I can't work on another app, let alone open my previous sessions so I can continue to have the saved after the update otherwise RDM is closed before they can be opened and I lose them all.

When are we going to get an update to fix this?
It's like working with Windows v3, it's not 1999, I hit update and I can't even work while it downloads in the background.
It's still on our todo list.
