Resolution

Helo,

I work with my Apple MacBook Air 13 ".

In the office I connect my 27" monitor and have therefore a different resolution.

example:
This morning I worked externally with the Remote Desktop Manager on my Mac.
Now I work back in the office on 27" monitor and have the problem that the RDP connections are shifted in the higher resolution.

You can see the error on the screenshot attached.

When VNC connections are possible?
Thank you very much

Hi,

Closing the app and reopening it will probably fix the shifting you see.
We will try to find what is causing it so you don't have to close the app every time you plug in your monitor.

As for the VNC connection, we are working on a solution but it's really in the early stages and I can't promise anything about the release, but you're interest in it is noted.

Sorry about the answer delay.

Hi,

We are having some difficulty reproducing your issue here.

Is it happening every time ?

What OS is installed on your MBA 13" ?

What kind of 27" monitor do you use?

What resolution do you have on both device?

How do you connect the two device?

Thank you

Hi,

I've made some test with a setup as close as I can to the one you described and I can't reproduce the issue.

There is only one question I didn't ask, what version of RDM do you use?

Thank you

Ok thank you.

We will try to investigate the difference between your setup and mine and see what we can do.
