Automatic filling Microsoft Remote Desktop RDP

could someone help me to fill this field automaticly via WMI or something like that....

You could write a PowerShell script that queries WMI and updates RDM via it's PowerShell CmdLets.

You could also use the inventory report instead of filling the fields.
