Concurrent RDP + Teamviewer

avatar

Hi folks,

I am endeavouring to support a client who have three servers. I've got three concurrent RDP sessions open inside RDM and I have a software support representative who has connected to one of those servers via TeamViewer.

I find that when i click to work on another server while leaving the software rep to work on a different server, their mouse movements come through onto the display of whatever server I am using. My movement of the mouse also seems to conflict with theirs.

Is there an option to support this or have I discovered a bug? I have not tried undocking any sessions - simply went via direct RDP to workaround the issue for the moment.

Regards,

Anthony

Hello,

what version are you running?

I think the beta as a fix, but I need to confirm if it is in there...

Hi Maurice,

Thanks for the reply and for pointing me in the direction of the other posts. I'm running 9.2.10.0 and have just enabled classic UI as you advised here - http://forum.devolutions.net/topic12912-transparent-sessions.aspx and will see how that runs.

Confirmation if the resolution for this problem is in the latest beta would be appreciated.

Regards,

Anthony
